TAPE MANUFACTURING

  1. Extrusion of granules in to film.
  2. Sliting of films in to thin strips.
  3. Stretching to taps of pre-determined width.
  4. Tape winding in to bobbins or on attachment fitted with the tape plant.

WEAVING

The bobbin of tapes are brought directly from the winders and put on CREEL for warp and on shuttles for weft, which are supplied with the machine. The weaving is done with the help of circular weaving loom. Thus the flat tapes are converted in to fabrics by circular weaving machine.

LAMINATION

To manufacture Tarpaulin and car cover, the woven fabric has to be laminated. For lamination the circular fabric is first made flat by cutting in one side with the help of hot wire cutter so that the side fabrics are kept intact by heat sealing. The flat fabric thus obtained is extrusion coated with a layer of lamination grade PP on both sides in the lamination plant.

CONVERSION
Woven Sacks

The tabular fabric is finally converted in to sacks by the process of cutting it in to desired size. After this the bottom is stitched and than the printing is done as per the requirements of customers with the help of a Flexography printing machine.
